We are seeking a highly skilled Live Training Operations Specialist to join our team at Cubic Defence. As a Live Training Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, coordination, setup, and conduct of live training in accordance with clients' schedules of activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in defence forces up to SNCO/WO level, with a strong background in pyrotechnic training and experience in training delivery. A Forklift Licence holder and Cert IV in HSE are desirable.

You will work closely with external agencies as required and ensure compliance with all risk management plans and safety procedures for all live training activities and exercises. You will also be required to assist in the preparation of activity correspondence, instructions, presentations, and papers to support all live training activities.
