**Executive Leader Opportunity**

A high-level leadership position is available for an ambitious and experienced professional seeking to drive business growth and success.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies that foster a productive and profitable work environment.

To succeed in this role, you must be a thoughtful leader with exceptional decision-making skills, able to motivate and develop your team while ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, design strategic plans, manage budgets, and optimize expenses to ensure the company remains competitive and profitable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing recruitment and training of new employees
  • Directing employee assessment processes
  • Preparing regular reports on operational and financial performance

Requirements and qualifications for this executive leader opportunity include:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

• Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

Remuneration package details will be discussed during the interview process.

Benefits include:

  • Profit sharing

Work schedule: 8 hour shift. Supplemental pay types: Bonus, Commission, Overtime pay, Performance bonus. Ability to commute/relocate to Fyshwick, ACT 2609 required.

Work Authorisation: Australia required.
