Wellbeing Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our Wellbeing Team as a Wellbeing Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and facilitating wellbeing activities to promote resident engagement and participation.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to residents, promoting their overall wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual (Ageing or Disability) Support or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a residential aged care setting, with a focus on wellbeing and lifestyle support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support.
  • Current police check and seasonal influenza vaccination.
