Your key responsibilities will include ensuring contractual requirements are met, deploying staff across the region, and monitoring court operations to ensure compliance. You will also be responsible for delivering a high standard of service delivery while maintaining staff and PiC welfare, safety, and security.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III in Corrective Practice or related field, Control and Restraint qualification, and Senior First Aid & CPR or equivalent. You will also need to have a high level of computer skills and report writing, as well as proven experience in a leadership role.
