Lubricant Coordinator

Exciting opportunity available for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lubricant Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of lubricants to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of lubricants, communicating effectively with internal and external customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will support the Depot Manager and Scheduler, assist with loading and unloading packaged lubricants, and administer inventory and processing responsibilities.

• Coordinate the delivery of lubricants to customers
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Support the Depot Manager and Scheduler
• Assist with loading and unloading of packaged lubricants
• Administer inventory and processing responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years experience in Administration or similar role
• Forklift license required
• HR or LR license minimum
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience in administration/warehousing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
• Initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
