About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Clinic Assistant to join our team at the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide clinical assistance to dental students and OHCWA clinical staff during patient treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical assistance to dental students and OHCWA clinical staff during patient treatment.
  • Maintain high standards of infection control and hygiene throughout the clinic.
  • Provide patient care and conduct administrative duties as required within the clinic.

Requirements

  • Completion of Certificate III or Certificate IV in Dental Clinic Assisting or equivalent.
  • Current knowledge of dental assisting procedures and experience in dental assistance within public dental or teaching facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
