**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a senior radiographer to lead our diagnostic imaging team. As a Radiographer in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic and ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience as a senior CT/General Radiographer or Imaging Manager. You will possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of 7 staff members to ensure efficient operational processes.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control, safety, and compliance.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve site efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training staff, as well as monitoring performance and providing feedback.
- Evaluate employee classification, remuneration, skill level, and professional development, recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct probation and performance reviews to ensure employees meet expectations.
- Oversee IT management, including equipment maintenance and upgrades.
- Escalate staffing requirements and supporting information to Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years' post-qualification experience as a senior CT/General Radiographer or Imaging Manager.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities.
- Previous management experience is advantageous.
- QLD Radiation License and AHPRA registration.
