Job Overview:

Pizza Fritta 180 is seeking a skilled barista to fill the key role of delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a calm and efficient demeanor under pressure, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and hospitality skills, creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and independently, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.

  • Exhibit a friendly, bubbly personality and maintain immaculate personal presentation at all times.
  • Acknowledge and adhere to a strong work ethic, upholding the company's standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the coffee industry.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee and its preparation methods.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends, including evening/night shifts, is essential.
  • Must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this position.
