Pipeline Engineer

At Wood, we are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Engineer to join our team based in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our clean energy team, you will be responsible for delivering solutions for our client's new energy pipeline design projects, including Carbon Dioxide, Hydrogen, and Ammonia in APAC and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering degree qualified in Civil / Mechanical (ideally with First Class Honours) and Charted status preferred
- 4 - 8 years experience in pipeline engineering
- Familiar with Codes / Standards related to Pipeline engineering and CO2/H2 pipelines preferred
- Strong client consultancy experience and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in multi-discipline engineering team for Conceptual studies, FEED and Detailed engineering
- Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis is advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated effective technical report writing and communication skills
- Keen interest in resolving technical ambiguity, trouble shooting and problem resolution
