Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver engaging and effective training sessions aligned with the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support curriculum.
- To assess student competencies through various methods, including practical demonstrations, written assessments and workplace observations.
- To provide constructive feedback and support to facilitate student learning and development.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and assessment documentation.
- To stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
