Job Title: Back to School Casual Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Casual Sales Assistants for the Back to School period.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their perfect fit while working in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs, process and manage large volumes of stock, pick, pack, and dispatch online orders, maintain store cleanliness, and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep.

Requirements:
  • Full availability from Mid-November to Mid-February, specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
