Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning Development Coordinator to join our project team in Moorabbin, VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all training requirements for the new production line.

The role involves working closely with the Project Lead and Operational Readiness Lead to ensure a smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU) operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the L&D Readiness Plan in coordination with operational readiness activities.
  • Ensuring that operators and maintenance personnel are upskilled to meet the requirements of the new production line.
  • Establishing and maintaining training criteria/checklists for frontline operators and maintenance personnel.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong stakeholder engagement, analytical skills, and a solution-focused mindset. You will also need to have experience in analysis, design, and development of training material and assessments, as well as practical understanding of Supply Chain processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience with FMCG, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes is highly desirable.

About the Role
