Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Building Surveyor. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem solving, delivering technical excellence, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and apply the Building Code of Australia (BCA) across various projects.
  • Conduct site inspections, access audits, fire safety assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Develop performance solutions, technical reports, and regulatory submissions that meet client and statutory requirements.
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Mentor junior surveyors and consultants, fostering technical growth and professional development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Building Surveyor.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of the BCA, Building Regulations, and Australian Standards.
  • Proven ability to assess complex building proposals and deliver clear, actionable advice.
