Job Title: Team Leader School Infrastructure

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our school infrastructure projects. As a Team Leader School Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering CEWA's school infrastructure projects, ensuring our schools are equipped to provide the best learning environments for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct performance enhancement planning and implement improvement initiatives
- Support team members to achieve their professional best
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote the mission and vision of the organization
- Plan and execute infrastructure projects
- Prepare board reports and present at the board level

Requirements:

- Proven leadership experience in CEWA school or education system
- Relevant tertiary qualification in education or infrastructure development
- Experience in conducting performance enhancement planning and implementing improvement initiatives
- Ability to work independently and delegate tasks efficiently

What We Offer:

- Salary range for this position is Level L on the CEO salary scale
- 5 days additional paid leave when the office is closed
- Relocation package available for eligible candidates
