We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Centre Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our centre.

Job Description

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our centre, ensuring that all aspects of care and education meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our team of educators to develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

You will also be responsible for managing the budget, supervising staff, and maintaining positive relationships with parents and families. Your leadership skills, knowledge of child development theories, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG)
  • Possess excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Hold a current Working With Children Check
