Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced academic to contribute to the teaching, research and service activities of our School.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials using multi-modal delivery strategies to engage students.
  • Contribute to the School's research program with recent publications and a proven research record.
  • Support students, colleagues, industry and community partners through leadership in curriculum development, course coordination, research projects or supervision responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • A postgraduate qualification or equivalent in Geography, Environmental Science or a closely related discipline.
  • A teaching qualification or willingness to complete a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education.
  • Experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students using multi-modal delivery strategies.
  • A proven research record with recent publications and ability to contribute to the School's research program.
