Job Title: Database Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to manage our donor database system. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security while maximizing fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and run data reports and queries to inform campaigns, donor management, and fundraising strategies.
• Maintain data integrity through regular updates, cleaning, validation, and deduplication processes.
• Establish standards, protocols, and procedures for data entry and update, gift processing, and reporting.
• Provide training and support to staff on effective database use.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Database Administrator in a non-profit or fundraising setting, preferably with Raiser's Edge.
• Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for training and supporting staff.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Right to live and work in Australia.
• Current successful National Police check.
• Working with Children Check.
• COVID-19 Certificate.
