About the Role

As a passionate and organised leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Educators at one of our services based in The Basin.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance and administration, while fostering healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate engaging child-centered programs that promote STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities.
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management and mentoring.
  • Manage the service's operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of quality care.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to create tailored programs for different age groups, working closely with colleagues to share ideas and responsibilities.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A 38-hour week, all year round, with flexible shift times.
  • A $1500 commencement bonus after completion of the first month and another $1500 loyalty bonus at 12 months.
  • A split shift allowance and uniform allowance.
