Voice Pickers Freezer Environment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frozen Foods Order Picker to join our team at APS GROUP. As a Voice Picker in our Freezer Environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders using a voice pick system in a cold storage warehouse setting. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders in a freezer environment using a voice pick system
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring accuracy and quality in your work
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a cold storage setting
  • Previous experience with voice picking systems is highly desirable
  • Forklift license is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and productivity
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to work in a cold environment and lift heavy objects
