Comprehensive Patient Care Role

As a skilled nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care across various hospitals in Australia.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in general medical and surgical settings, conducting thorough assessments, developing and evaluating individualized care plans, and managing acute and chronic patient needs.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to ensure seamless patient care. Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding high standards of infection control and patient safety are also vital responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in General Medical and Surgical settings
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and manage acute and chronic patient needs
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of infection control and patient safety
Essential Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
  • Minimum 4 years of nursing experience within Australia/New Zealand in a general medical and/or surgical setting
  • Must have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues
  • Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Valid drivers license preferred for regional and remote community-based settings
  • Willingness to take on travel nursing contracts in regional/remote locations for extended periods
