Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum + Superannuation

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing gaming activities within the establishment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will also be tasked with maintaining gaming equipment and facilities, providing excellent customer service, and training and scheduling staff to deliver outstanding results.

In this role, you will work closely with the Venue Manager to coordinate overall operations and contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. This includes overseeing the dining area, bar, and other guest-related activities, collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotions and events, and handling customer inquiries and feedback.

To succeed in this position, you will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage staff and interact with guests. You will also have excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and knowledge of local regulations and laws related to gaming activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing gaming facilities or equivalent gaming experience.
  • Must possess all required licenses (RSA, RSG+ Mods).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to gaming activities.
