Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute virtual sales strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.
  • Leverage warm, pre-qualified leads – no cold calling, door-to-door sales, or network marketing.
  • Track performance and align daily activities with personal and team objectives.
  • Stay current with industry tools, training, and trends to continually enhance your skills.
  • Complete company-supported training to obtain a life insurance license (if not already licensed).
Qualifications:
  • No prior insurance or marketing experience required – comprehensive training and mentorship provided.
