About the Role
- As a Department Manager in Training, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of your department, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills and knowledge in retail management, including ordering and cost control, roster creation, and performance management.
