Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Team Lead to join our team. As a Store Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals to achieve store sales and profit results.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate their team. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise their work. They will also be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or service environment
