Role Overview:
This key position within the structural team will be part of major projects, working closely with an existing team that excels in technically demanding areas within Structural Engineering.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing advanced expertise in structural design & analysis
- Preparing cost-effective structural engineering designs from conceptual to detailed design, tender and construction.
- Engineering design of foundations for large vendor equipment packages with high base reactions.
- Active role in client relationships and business development
- Leading and developing junior team members
About You:
We're seeking someone with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated structural design experience in resource projects in both brownfield and greenfield environments.
- Ability to complete engineering design of large raft foundations is essential.
- Wet plant experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders
- Multitasking skills with a variety of projects
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum
NB: Current Australian legal working rights are required.
