Job Title: Experienced Mental Health Support Workers Wanted
">We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team at a 24/7 alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility. The successful candidate will provide support to residents in a safe and supportive environment, ensuring their well-being and participation in treatment.
">- Support senior team members in initiating effective treatment and intervention planning.
- Participate in the orientation and ongoing support of new residents.
- Provide practical and emotional support during admissions and discharges.
The ideal candidate will have:
">- 2+ years' experience working within the AOD or mental health sector.
- Case management skills and ability to write clear documentation.
- A Certificate IV in AOD or AOD Skill Set.
- Ideal qualifications include a health-related discipline (e.g., social work, youth work, mental health, psychology).
