Job Description

This full-time Occupational Therapist role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our valued clients. Based out of Pinjarra Hills, you will provide clinical support services in their own homes, empowering them to stay at home and remain independent for as long as possible.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, documentation and customer service skills, with experience working as an Occupational Therapist within a community setting highly desirable.

Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive home-based assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster productive working relationships with government departments, hospitals, key providers and specialist practitioners.
  • Develop personalized care plans in consultation with residents and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislative, regulatory requirements, professional standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current Occupational Therapist Registration with AHPRA.
