We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our mental health team as a clinician.
Role Overview- Deliver acute care and crisis services within a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Support service delivery, discharge planning, and collaborative care by engaging with patients/clients.
The role is ideal for someone who wants to develop their skills and make a positive impact in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Acute Care Mental Health Team to provide comprehensive mental health assessments and risk management.
- Contribute to patient/client engagement, safety planning, and discharge planning processes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients/clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, occupational therapy, or psychology, along with relevant registration or certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health interventions, assessments, and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients/clients and colleagues effectively.
