The Opportunity
  • Drive and contribute to the innovative design and development of high-end projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and alignment with client visions.
  • Produce meticulous architectural drawings, specifications, and compelling presentations using industry-leading software.
  • Manage and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
  • Conduct thorough site analysis and feasibility studies, contributing to the strategic preparation of planning applications.
  • Ensure adherence to Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication.
  • Contribute to the studio's vibrant design culture and provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
  • Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Current registration as an Architect in Australia or demonstrable eligibility.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience as a practicing Architect.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in high-end projects.
  • An exceptional design aesthetic and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software.
  • Knowledge of Australian building codes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
