Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense and distribute inpatient and discharge medications according to relevant policies.
  • Counsel patients and/or their carers on medication use and safety.
  • Manage the procurement and storage of medications in accordance with legal requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in provision of pharmacy services and clinical pharmacy in a hospital setting.
  • Familiarity with rehabilitation and aged care environments.
  • High-level interpersonal, written, computer, and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

This part-time temporary role requires availability on Thursdays and Fridays. We offer a dynamic work environment where you can make a meaningful contribution to patient care and well-being.
