This position is ideal for a seasoned Production Supervisor. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and recognize the value of their team as the greatest asset.
You will also bring:
- Experience in a supervisory capacity within a continuously operating facility.
- Knowledge of chemical and mechanical processes.
- A strong grasp of production and maintenance strategies for large-scale, continuous processing facilities.
- Demonstrated experience in adhering to workplace health, safety, and environmental policies and management systems.
- Experience with shift work and roster planning, alongside proficient computer skills, including the use of integrated management systems, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.
- A valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
