Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Operations Manager to lead our Food & Beverage department across three venues – The Clare Bar, The Rooftop, and TOCH Bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through effective inventory management and cost control.

You will have prior experience in a similar role, with a strong background in cocktail compilation and service, as well as knowledge of restaurants, bars, and conference operations. A professional manner, adaptability, and the ability to work across different service periods are essential. You will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build and train a team, and a positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Food & Beverage team across three venues, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock taking, and cost controls.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceed client expectations.
