Job Title: Experienced Crew Member

At our fast-paced restaurant, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Crew Member. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, taking their orders and serving food and beverages with a smile.\
  • Prepare food according to high standards, using premium local ingredients and following recipes to ensure consistency and quality.\
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.\
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.\
  • Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date with menu items, policies, and procedures.\
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.\
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.\
  • Contribute to achieving company goals, participating in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and employee engagement.\
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth, sharing best practices and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.\\

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.\
  • Food Safety Certificate (obtainable via online registration).\
  • Valid working rights, including passport and visa documentation for international candidates.\
  • RSA Certificate (obtainable within 30 days of starting employment).\\
