Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity allows you to be a key member of our warehouse team, responsible for dispatching and receiving orders, liaising with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. They will work collaboratively with our warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of goods, including loading trucks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching and Receiving Orders: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
  • Liaising with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any queries or issues promptly
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: Adhere to high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of your work
  • Forklift Operation (Preferred): Safely operate forklifts to move goods around the warehouse
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to work across retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights
