Economic Insights Specialist

">Job Description:

We're seeking an Economic Insights Specialist to deliver real-world solutions across a wide range of public and private engagements. You will conduct economic assessments and modeling on pressing issues facing businesses and government in Australia and around the world.

As an economist, you will provide policy, strategic, and regulatory advice in key areas like energy, resources, trade, tax, human services, and the environment. Your role will involve liaising with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

You will also support business growth by developing new services, adopting new technology, and activating ideas to help our clients succeed in a dynamic economy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline with over 1-3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research issues and provide advice on policy, program guidelines, market trends, and industry practices.
  • Experience in economic and policy analysis, economic impact studies, econometrics, cost-benefit analysis, and regulatory analysis.
