Job Title: Fencing Labourers

Fencing labourers are required to join our team in Orange, NSW. The role involves working on various projects across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:

This is a 3-4 month project with the possibility of extension and further work available. You will be working 14 days on, 7 days off roster (DIDO). The day shift hours are approximately 10-to-12 hours long. Base rate plus penalties apply, and LAFHA is provided when working away where applicable. Training opportunities are also available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erecting mesh and wire fencing
  • Posi track operating (experience driving posts with a rammer attachment is favourable)
  • Measure and cut materials to the appropriate length and size
  • Ensure fences are level and secure
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with proven experience as a fencer, preferably with skills in urban, rural (7-Hinge Joint), palisade (W), and security fencing. Proficiency with hand and power tools, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and physical fitness are essential. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are also required. RIW Card and Safely Access the Rail Corridor are desirable, as well as MIG and stick welding experience.
