Experienced Baker

As a Trade Qualified Baker or Skilled Baker, you will be an integral part of our bakery team at Coles Springvale. Our bakery is known for delivering high-quality products to our customers, and we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive baking experience, particularly in a high-speed baking setting. You will take pride in contributing to a bakery department that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging.

• Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is preferred, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
• Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously. Your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.
