Team Lead - Signage Production and Installation

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Signage Production and Installation team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production and installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.


Job Summary:

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and assisting with day-to-day tasks within the business, including producing and installing signage, delivering projects under tight deadlines, and managing staff.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of installers to deliver high-quality signage installations across various sites and locations.
  • Oversee production processes, ensuring timely delivery of signage products while maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks during installation and production processes.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the signage industry, with expertise in production and installation.
  • A strong understanding of materials, machinery, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • A clean Australian driver's license, White Card, and Working at Heights certificates.
