About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer Lead with advanced expertise in React UI and NextJS. This role involves designing and developing world-class front-end experiences for our e-commerce applications, primarily using React UI and NextJS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting top-tier front-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers to maintain high-quality development standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop cutting-edge front-end solutions for web applications, utilizing React UI and NextJS.
  • Collaborate with agile teams, implementing React components that bring designs to life within the NextJS framework.
  • Lead front-end technical architecture, driving solution design to improve the user experience and drive business growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage SEO, CRO, and A/B testing strategies effectively.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have 8+ years' experience in Front-End Development, with advanced skills in React and NextJS. Prior experience in Front-End Development within a retail environment is highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess expertise in front-end architecture, particularly in e-commerce platforms, strong knowledge of agile project management tools, including Jira and Confluence, familiarity with SEO, CRO, A/B testing, and a deep understanding of digital design principles.
