Job Overview
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in a 34-resident Home Neighborhood
  • Maintain sound clinical governance and effective operations
  • Foster a relationship-centred, home environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high quality clinical care is provided to residents with a proactive focus on safety
  • Oversee the effective operation of the Neighbourhood to reflect resident preferences and principles of our care model
  • Provide leadership and coaching to all neighbourhood team members, ensuring a focus on relationship-centred care
Requirements
  • Passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
  • Strong customer-centric approach and relationship building skills
  • Commitment to respecting values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs of residents
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in relationship based care
  • Strong coaching/training skills with ability to positively influence other healthcare workers
  • Bachelor of Nursing qualification with current registration
  • Thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality standards
