Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Optical Retail Assistant to join our team in Hobart Collins Street.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, guiding them through the process of selecting high-fashion frames from luxury brands such as Chanel, Tiffany & Co., and Gucci.
  • Partner with renowned brands like Ray-Ban, Oakley, Prada, D&G, Burberry, Miu Miu, Versace, and many others to provide customers with personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers in their journey from initial consultation and pre-testing to customizing frames to suit their lifestyle.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and providing expert advice on frame selection.

  • Retail experience, preferably in optical; however, this is not essential
