Job Overview

As a Luxury Fashion Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the brand's vision.

The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized advice and consultation to clients on luxury fashion products and services.
  • Develop and manage client portfolios, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with boutique leadership to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and service standards.
  • Support teamwork within the boutique and across other locations to achieve sales targets and budgets.

Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge is crucial for this role, as you will be responsible for conveying brand messages, values, and culture while upholding the image of the brand as a Brand Ambassador.
