About The Role

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Senior Leasing Manager. This position will oversee the commercial leasing management for our existing clients, as well as strategies for market engagement and business development to attract new clients. Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, this role will lead a team, cultivate strong working relationships with key client personnel, and manage daily client activities for the designated properties. An attractive salary package is available for the right candidate, with the role offering flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Oversee a designated portfolio within the client's portfolio to fulfill and exceed all contractual obligations
  • Supervise leasing administrators/coordinators within your client group
  • Negotiate new leases, lease renewals, options, and market rent reviews to achieve optimal outcomes for the client
  • Prepare business cases for relevant leasing transactions
  • Develop market approaches and associated business development initiatives
  • Maintain precise records of leasing-related services and activities, providing accurate reports while adhering to established procedures
  • Conduct market sweeps and searches as necessary
  • Manage daily leasing tasks, assisting the broader team and clients with leasing inquiries
  • Interpret lease documents and offer guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with responsibilities and authority limits as specified in the Property Management Service Agreement
  • Coordinate with legal representatives to prepare and execute lease documents
  • Engage with clients and their consultants regularly to ensure key requirements are met
  • Proactively develop and manage client relationships to exceed service delivery expectations
  • Organize and participate in regular meetings related to your portfolio and key event dates
  • Prepare reports in line with contract requirements and any ad hoc requests
  • Conduct property inspections as needed
  • Provide guidance and support to Property and Lease Administrators
  • Encourage a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success
About You

We are looking for a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, complemented by a positive attitude. Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a transaction or leasing-related field
  • Strong understanding of Commonwealth Policies, including the PGPA and LAA Act
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Business, or relevant equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation and verbal abilities
  • Self-motivated, confident, and energetic
  • Adaptable to rapidly changing situations
  • Goal-oriented, focused on achieving performance targets
  • Open to new ideas and willing to challenge the status quo
