Job Title: Diesel Engine TechnicianAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced diesel engine technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Your day-to-day activities will include on-site technical troubleshooting, fault finding, and repairs on diesel engines and their components. You will also be required to provide outstanding customer service, compile accurate reporting, and work autonomously to manage your time and maximize efficiency.

In addition, you will be expected to maintain a safe and clean work environment, liaise with our internal service and parts department, and possess advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with knowledge of computer diagnostics.

Requirements
  • Diesel engine technician qualification with experience working on diesel engines
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a field service role
  • Advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with knowledge of computer diagnostics
  • Proactive and positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety procedures
  • Currrent driver's licence (heavy vehicle licence highly regarded)
