Job Opportunity: Advanced Textile Printing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of an Advanced Textile Printing Specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for training staff across the full workflow from client requests to prepress, print, and finishing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To upskill junior technicians in advanced textile, screen, and specialty printing.
  • To develop and implement SOPs for printing and finishing.
  • To maintain alignment accuracy, color control, and quality across varied materials.
  • To set up, calibrate, and maintain textile printing, binding, finishing, and reproduction equipment.
  • To operate guillotines, folding, collating, sewing, binding, and embellishment systems.
  • To prepare stencils, mix inks, load presses, and manage drying/stacking of printed items.
  • To coordinate with design and production teams to meet client specifications.

Requirements:

  • A certificate or diploma in printing, graphic arts, or related field is preferred.
  • 3-5+ years' hands-on experience in screen printing, textile printing, binding, or finishing operations is essential.
  • Proven experience operating and maintaining a wide range of print and finishing equipment is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and color matching skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment is crucial.
