About the Role

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our office operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our mailroom and administrative services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming correspondence and packages in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent communication skills
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages to various departments and locations
  • Coordinate courier services and bookings
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and stationery
  • Perform light cleaning duties and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with heavy lifting and other physical tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative role
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
