Windscreen Fitting Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter.

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in the Auto Glass industry and gain a full qualification through on-the-job training and support.

You will undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing program and learn skills such as windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), glass chip repairs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking hands-on training and learning from experienced technicians
  • Developing auto technician capabilities to repair and replace glass on various motor vehicles to Australian standards
  • Completing windscreen re-calibrations for ADAS systems
  • Delivering excellent customer service and experiences

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide outstanding customer service
  • Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
