The Role:

We are partnering with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to offer a School-based Traineeship where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. This traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch as well as completing certificate requirements, such as workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments.

This position is based at a Reece branch and is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering the phone and communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard

About You:

We are looking for students who possess the following attributes:

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Well-presented and able to maintain a neat and tidy workplace

Students will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. Must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
