• As an Educator in Training, you will work collaboratively with a team to provide quality education and care while adhering to policies, procedures, values, and philosophies.
• You will support children's development and physical care while learning about practice through nurturing relationships and positive interactions.
• As a valued member of the team, you will assist in observing and documenting children's learning and development and contribute to the day-to-day operation of the room.
• Whether this is your first career choice or a change in careers, a commitment to learning, growth, and building a career that nurtures a love of learning for children in their early years is essential.

• The motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
• The ability to gain a Working with Children Check
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
