Data Entry Clerk

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into FastTrack360 and related systems
  • Communicate with branches nationwide to collect and clarify timesheets
  • Follow up on outstanding or incorrect job orders
  • Assist with payroll-related queries via phone, email, and FastTrack
  • Flag and investigate discrepancies in data
  • Support the Payroll Manager and broader team with general admin tasks
Requirements:
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in admin, payroll or accounts (12+ months preferred)
  • Strong computer skills especially MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task, stay organised, and meet deadlines
